You may often hear about the term work life balance. The term work life balance is certainly familiar in this millenial era. An era of rapid development in the field of technology which of course also requires humans to have competence in many things.
The term work life
balance is usually used by employees to maintain time boundaries between work
and personal life.
Work life balance can be
defined as the ability to divide time equally between work responsibilities and
personal life. The proportion of time spent on work and things outside of work
is of course very determining in efforts to achieve work life balance.
Maintaining a balance
between work and personal life can make you more productive. Working too hard
and neglecting your personal life can actually have many bad impacts on your

responsibilities well without ignoring personal interests. You don't need to
try to do one of them.
5. Don't often work
overtime and have other activities outside of work.
